Wine country farmhouse in Sonoma County, California

A meandering driveway surrounded by oak trees with a picturesque view of the vineyards in the background leads to this beautiful country house in Sonoma County, California. As indicated on the architect's website, the architecture of the house is influenced by Northern Californian farmhouses.
Set on top of a hill, the back of the house faces the scenic Bennett Valley. The front facade has elements from the neoclassical style with Greek features. The entrance showcases a portico with white columns and pilasters made of wood.

Step inside the house to all-white wooden paneled walls and ceiling. The gable dormer windows and double-hung windows allow a good amount of natural light to brighten the living area. The room is minimalist with some chic furniture choices, framed artwork and few delicate showpieces. Grab one of the books from the bookshelf and sit beside the fireplace for a relaxing read.
The French doors in the living room open to a covered porch overlooking the valley. A rustic wooden dining table, bench and cane chairs transform the porch into an inviting space. It is an ideal location to entertain guests.
On the other hand, the indoor breakfast nook is perfect for a private family dinner. The four-seat rustic kitchen table provides a cozy and warm ambiance.
The kitchen platform has a white countertop and a sink with fancy fixtures. The cabinets are a light shade of natural wood that coordinates with the study and kitchen table.
The bedroom has lots of windows and an antique fan to keep it well-ventilated. It is furnished with attractive lamps made of porcelain that go well with the blue accent chair, which acts as the color spot of the room.
