140-year-old farmhouse is like a time machine

In Hamden, New York lies this rustic Farmhouse that was originally built in the 1860s. The house is still standing and is in good condition -- a testament to the amazing build quality of the timeless home. The house is featured on AirBnB and serves as a place for folks from the city to turn to when they want some time of peace and quiet.
Stepping inside, it's almost as if the house hasn't been updated in almost 200 years.

The kitchen has had a few changes from its original construction, but it remains about as old-fashioned as it can get.
The bedrooms feature radiator heaters and hand-stuccoed walls. This Farmhouse is the perfect place to unplug and unwind!
From the lounge, the Farmhouses wood stove is visible. Nothing beats the smell of burning wood in the cold winter months! More photos of this house can be found on its AirBnB page.
